We have tested and tested, trying to find the smallest amount of sugar possible for the jam to set. This is even more of a feat considering we do not use pectin either. No rubbery, sugary jams over here!

We proudly handcraft all of our products in small batches from scratch, in Asheville, NC, with care, intention, and love.

We process our products on a 200 acre farm owned and operated by the Southern Appalachian Highland Conservation group. Each purchase you make helps us to support land conservation.
